*Job Responsibilities:*
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Provide top-notch patient care
* Focus on stress-free handling techniques
* Technical skills, including but not limited to: IV catheter placement, injections, fluid therapy, intubation, dental scale and polish, taking radiographs including dental radiographs, in-hospital treatments
* Technician medical appointments: including client education and minor procedures
* Support DVM: including filling prescriptions, restraint of patients, anaesthetic monitoring
* Assist reception when necessary
* Manage incoming calls
* Answer voicemails, emails and text messages
* Invoicing and billing
* Screening/triaging for service needs
* Follow up with clients: phone calls and emails to update DVM on progress
* Document and maintain all confidential client information, service data and patient information
* Ensure all supplies are stocked the pharmacy, treatment area, surgery and dental suite as well as exam rooms
* General cleaning and maintenance duties
*Experience and skills:*
* Registered Veterinary Technician
