Desjardins Insurance Account Representative

What You Will Do
- Build relationships with potential customers by developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying their needs
- Provide friendly and accurate customer service including support with insurance inquiries, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions
- Ability to meet sales goals and promote our products
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and work closely with the agent to achieve business goals
What You Bring
• Experience in sales is an asset whether it is outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing
• A proven ability to meet sales goals is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A proactive approach to solving problems and supporting customers
• A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Confidence presenting to potential customers
• Property and Casualty license and Life License is preferred or the ability to obtain one
Compensation: $40,000K to $65,000K plus Commission.
