Position: Front Desk & Customer Service Associate
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in customers; provide product information and guide them through the purchasing process
Answer customer phone calls and accurately input order details into the system
Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment
Track order status and follow up with customers regarding any questions or issues
Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and support daily administrative tasks
Qualifications
Experience in front desk operations, customer service, or order processing is preferred
Comfortable using computers and able to quickly learn internal systems
Strong English communication skills; Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to providing excellent customer service
Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment
