Location: Windsor, Ontario
Schedule: Monday – Friday
* Part-time for the first 2 months
* Transitioning to full-time in the 3rd month

* Licensed Dentist in good standing with the RCDSO
* Strong clinical and communication skills
* Team-oriented mindset and commitment to patient care
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Act as a role model for the entire team on clinical and patient care
* Bridge the clinical and administrative functions for the whole team to be cohesive and united
* Partner with Practice Manager and all others in the practice to build and maintain trust and positive team relationships
* Collaborate with Treatment Coordinators to create treatment plans for every patient, diagnosing and presenting options in detail
* Regularly presents process improvements to the Practice and seeks opportunities to make extra contributions to the overall benefit of the Practice
* Maintains composure under pressure during times of change

Pay: $96,957.14-$327,737.08 per year
