Location:Various GTA client sites
Were looking for experienced snow plow operators to join our winter snow removal team. Youll operate a pick up truck with a snow plow to clear parking lots and laneways at condo sites. Reliability, safety, and strong equipment skills are essential an in-person drive test is required.
What Youll Do
- Be on-call 24/7 and respond quickly (within 60 minutes) during snow events
- Safely operate a truck with a plow and salter
- Load your truck with salt
- Follow site maps and complete routes accurately and on time
- Perform equipment checks, fueling, and basic maintenance
- Communicate with supervisors and work as part of a team
- Follow all safety standards and wear PPE

What you bring
- Proven experiencein a snow removal
- ValidG license
- Must be available24/7 on-callduring the winter season, including weekends andholidays
- Able toreport to work on time for each shift when called in
- Physically fit and capable of working in extreme winter weather conditions
- Comfortable working independently and under time pressure
- Knowledge ofbasic mechanical systems and routine equipment maintenance
- Able to read site maps and follow digital dispatch systems
