Adecco is currently hiring a full-time reliable and detail-oriented
Janitor/Cleaner to join our client's facilities team. In this role, you'll ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. If you take pride in maintaining high standards and enjoy working independently, this position is for you.
- Pay Rate: $ 25.00/hour
- Location: Gold River, B.C. ( Tsa'Xana Reserve )
- Shift: Monday to Friday 31.5hours
- Job type: Permanent Full-time
Responsibilities: - Sweep and mop floors throughout the building.
- Empty trash cans, waste containers, and outdoor bins.
- Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures.
- Dust and clean office furnishings, including desks, shelves, equipment, computers, and copiers.
- Keep walkways and stairways clear.
- Perform general exterior cleaning (windows and doors).
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Report any damages or non-functioning items that may require replacement or maintenance.
Qualifications: - Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (asset).
- Responsible, dependable, and able to pass a vulnerable sector criminal check.
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow health and safety protocols.
- Vehicle is required (remote community)
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
