Overview
Voice Up Publishing Inc. is launching a 3, 6, and 12 month intensive purpose incubator program designed to identify and prepare passionate individuals for key leadership positions within our organization. This unique program operates on our foundational principles: 100% remote and 100% flexible, allowing participants to engage fully while honoring their existing commitments.
The Purpose Incubator serves as both a selection process and a transformative experience, helping candidates discover how their personal purpose aligns with Voice Up's mission to combat the national epidemic of loneliness by creating a community of purpose-driven leaders.
The Voice Up Difference
What distinguishes the Voice Up Purpose Incubator is our fundamental commitment to connecting people to their purpose. Unlike traditional hiring processes that focus primarily on skills and experience, our approach centers on purpose alignment first, recognizing that when individuals operate from a place of authentic purpose:
- Loneliness is replaced with meaningful connection
- Work becomes a vehicle for personal and community transformation
- Innovation emerges from authenticity rather than obligation
- Resilience develops through purpose-centered support
- Leadership becomes a natural expression of purpose rather than a position

Student E (USC): "Voice Up empowers individuals to speak up for themselves and others. The most important principle is empathy - without it, we can't truly understand others' experiences."

Student F (Lehigh): "It gives college students a chance to speak about issues that matter to them. I would say Patience is most important because understanding takes time."
Precision
In the workplace, precision goes beyond mere accuracy in tasks it encompasses clarity in communication, attention to detail in planning, and thoroughness in execution. Precise team members set clear expectations, define specific goals, and communicate requirements unambiguously.
They understand that vagueness leads to misunderstandings and rework, while precision enables efficiency and reliability. This principle includes maintaining clear documentation, providing specific feedback, and ensuring that all team members have a shared understanding of objectives and standards. Precision doesn't mean perfectionism; rather, it means being intentional and thorough in ways that matter most to outcomes.
