We are hiring a Recruitment Consultant who will own the candidate side and work closely with the sourcing and sales teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, coaching candidates, and delivering high quality recruitment work.

Role Overview
This role focuses on candidate engagement and talent delivery. You work closely with the client facing team while taking full ownership of sourcing strategy, screening, coaching, and guiding candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for finance and accounting
- Partner with the sourcing team to build, manage, and maintain pipelines
- Engage, screen, and assess finance and accounting professionals across Canada
- Prepare and coach candidates for interviews
- Present qualified shortlists to the client facing team
- Maintain accurate notes, tracking, and follow up in the ATS
- Provide insights on market trends, salaries, and hiring activity
- Collaborate with Recruitment Managers and Directors on active searches
- Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience
What You Bring
- One or more years of recruitment experience in any industry
- Interest in developing expertise in finance and accounting recruitment
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches at the same time
- A relationship driven mindset with strong communication skills
- Organization, follow through, and attention to detail
- CRM or ATS experience is an asset
