JOB DESCRIPTION
The General Manager will have ownership and responsibility of all aspects of the day to day operations. This will include hiring and developing staff, recruiting and retaining driving associates, and growing the company. This includes full P&L responsibility and leading our revenue growth within the business. With the guidance of the President & COO, this person will develop a strategic and tactical plan to meet growth and profitability objectives.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- • 5-8 years of experience in leadership in the transportation industry
- Managed a company of 150-200 employees
- Strong operations background in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
