We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Service & Sales Specialist to join our clients team at one of the top linen rental companies in North York. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively engaging with customers/vendors, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties
● Engage with potential and existing customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
● Track PO's/Invoices
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
● Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market demands.
Experience
● Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
● Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport quickly.
● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
