- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records and documentation to support ongoing service and support
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or a related technical field
Required Skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in customer relationship management
Preferred Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support or service role
Pay range and compensation package
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a target pay rate of $150k range annual, as well as a comprehensive benefits program.
