- Delivered Results: 10+ years driving topline and bottomline growth through sales, BD, partnerships, or operations—built and scaled high-performance teams
- Owned the P&L: Managed investor/board dynamics as CEO, President, or SLT member
- Created Value: Validated and executed growth strategies that moved the needle on enterprise value
- Built and Led High performing teams: Developed strong cultures and teams through hands-on, humanized leadership in high paced environments
- Mastered Finances: Deep fluency in P&L, balance sheet, budget and cash flow management
Differentiators:
- PE portfolio company leadership experience
- PE, consulting, or investment banking background
- Track record navigating liquidity events
