We’re looking for a customer-focused professional to serve as a key liaison between the company and its dealer network. In this role, you’ll support smooth B2B operations by handling dealer inquiries, processing orders and transactions, resolving issues, and providing product and administrative support primarily via phone and email. Strong dealer relationships and operational excellence are at the heart of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and review dealer orders
- Manage dealer transactions and inquiries, including shipment tracking, pricing adjustments, and stock corrections
- Navigate B2B systems to support dealer-related activities
- Process product certificate redemptions and dealer credits
- Assist with parts lookup and data entry
- Support additional dealer-related tasks as required
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluently bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role
- High school diploma required
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and ability to stay focused under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- SAP experience is an asset
- Excellent customer service, communication skills, initiative, and adaptability
