Job Title : SAP Solution Architect – S/4HANA Migration
Location : Montreal, Quebec ( Onsite )

Key Responsibilities
Lead Brownfield Conversion Projects:
- Define conversion strategy, roadmap, and timelines.
- Assess existing ECC landscape and design target S/4HANA architecture.
System Analysis & Planning:
- Conduct readiness checks and impact analysis using SAP tools (SUM, DMO, Readiness Check).
- Identify custom code remediation and simplification items.
Technical Execution:
- Oversee system conversion using SAP Software Update Manager (SUM) with Database Migration Option (DMO).
- Manage data migration, downtime optimization, and system validation.
- Manage & Govern Custom Code Remediation
- Manage & govern Simplification
Integration & Interfaces:
- Ensure compatibility of existing interfaces and third-party systems.
- Plan and execute necessary adjustments for middleware and APIs.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with functional teams, BASIS, and business stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on best practices and risk mitigation.
Performance & Security:
- Validate system performance post-conversion.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
Required Skills
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and conversion tools.
- Hands-on experience with SUM/DMO, SPDD/SPAU, and Custom Code Migration
- Experience:
- Minimum 8+ years in SAP technical roles, with at least 2 full Brownfield Conversion projects
- Database & OS:
- Familiarity with SAP HANA database administration and optimization.
