Overview
- We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support a multi-year compliance and risk program within an Audit & Compliance organization. This role is responsible for applying project management best practices across the full project lifecycle, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with governance standards .
- The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, stakeholder management expertise, and the ability to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives in a highly regulated environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery across design, planning, execution, testing, and rollout phases
- Develop, manage, and track project budgets, schedules, scope, risks, and dependencies
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including technology and business stakeholders
- Collaborate with business partners to define and document business and compliance requirements
- Oversee development activities to ensure delivery of high-quality, compliant technology solutions
- Define and manage testing strategies, including system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Facilitate UAT execution and develop rollout and change management plans
- Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and cost-benefit analyses to leadership and steering committees
- Ensure adherence to project governance, SDLC standards, and compliance policies
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues

- Project lifecycle management (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid environments)

- Experience supporting audit, compliance, or risk programs
- Exposure to GRC platforms (e.g., Archer or similar tools)
- Experience in large-scale, multi-platform enterprise environments

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
- PMP or PMI certification (required)
- 5–7 years of proven IT project management experience
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, governance-driven programs
