About the Role
As a Bilingual Client Care Associate, you’ll be on the front lines supporting clients, patients, and healthcare professionals. You’ll handle inbound inquiries across multiple channels while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional service experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver high-quality client support in both English and French
- Manage a variety of inbound requests including general inquiries, registrations, and order-related questions
- Accurately process and maintain client records and documentation in a CRM system
- Guide clients through forms, online processes, and account-related questions
- Communicate policies, procedures, and regulatory information clearly and professionally
- Resolve issues and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate client support
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance within a regulated environment
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in English and French (verbal and written)
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client care, or call centre support
- Experience in healthcare, medical services, insurance, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries is a strong asset
- Comfortable working in a high-volume inbound environment
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Confident communicator with a calm, empathetic approach
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office tools
- Medical Office Assistant or Administrative certification is an asset
