Job Overview:
Our client is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join their Construction group in Vancouver. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in electrical project management who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and managing medium- to large-scale projects. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of project delivery — from estimating and procurement to financial management and client relations — ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities and develop business relationships.
- Estimate projects and prepare detailed tender submissions.
- Review and negotiate contract terms to identify and mitigate risk.
- Oversee project financials, including budgets, billing, and forecasting.
- Manage procurement, schedules, and labour allocation to ensure project efficiency.
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to maintain project flow.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues or scope changes.
- Conduct site visits and participate in project reviews to assess performance, quality, and lessons learned.
Qualifications:
- Electrical Trade Certification, Electrical Engineering Degree, or Electrical Technologist Diploma.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in electrical project management and/or estimating.
- Experience with Accubid (Pro and Change Order) software preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Procore, and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $100,000–$130,000, commensurate with experience.
