Position Overview :
• We are seeking an experienced Manager of Operations to oversee daily production, fulfillment, and administrative operations.
• This leadership role works closely with ownership and senior management to strengthen operational systems, ensure financial discipline, and drive consistent execution as the business scales.
• The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of operational leadership experience, including at least 2 years in 3PL fulfillment, print production, screen printing, or apparel decorating environments.
• Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is considered a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead, coach, and support production and fulfillment teams through collaborative, people-focused leadership
• Oversee daily workflows including production scheduling, order prioritization, quality control, and capacity planning
• Optimize operational processes to reduce bottlenecks and improve consistency and turnaround times
• Develop, document, and implement SOPs, policies, and scalable operational procedures
• Maintain documentation of workflows and systems to support training, automation, and long-term growth
• Oversee safety standards, internal communication systems, and performance reporting
• Support financial oversight including forecasting, production costing, inventory control, and resource planning
• Leverage technology, automation tools, AI, and dashboards to improve reporting, training, forecasting, and fulfillment efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align operational systems, fulfillment workflows, WMS implementations, and EOS-driven initiatives
• Manage staffing needs including hiring, onboarding, cross-training, and performance development
• Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges with a solutions-focused approach
Qualifications & Skills :
• 3–5 years of experience in an operations management or leadership role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in 3PL logistics, print production, screen printing, or apparel decorating.
• Strong familiarity with operational technology, dashboards, and AI-driven tools.
• Experience implementing systems that improve efficiency, scheduling, workflow planning, and communication.
• Working knowledge of EOS tools such as scorecards, accountability charts, and structured meetings.
• Proven ability to build scalable systems, document SOPs, and implement structured processes.
• Collaborative, people-first leader with strong mentoring and coaching skills.
• Calm, analytical, and dependable in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communicator capable of working cross-functionally and with senior leadership.
