People Operations Associate (On-Site, Vancouver) | $24–$34/hr

Are you passionate about people, process, and creating exceptional employee experiences? This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, globally connected People Operations team where you’ll play a hands-on role supporting employees across the Americas while partnering with international stakeholders.
As a People Operations Associate, you’ll be at the heart of the employee lifecycle — ensuring smooth onboarding, seamless transitions, and responsive HR support, all while helping elevate the overall employee experience.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations across multiple countries in the Americas region, including onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, benefits administration, and global mobility
- Execute HR Shared Services tasks in alignment with established SOPs and SLAs, maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Serve as a Level 2 HR support agent, responding to employee and manager inquiries through a ticketing system (ServiceNow)
- Promote self-service solutions and knowledge articles to empower employees and streamline HR operations
- Identify recurring questions and contribute to building and refining HR FAQs and knowledge bases
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver thoughtful, end-to-end HR solutions that enhance the employee experience
- Support additional HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects as needed
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Up to 2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services (multi-country support preferred)
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and case management/ticketing tools such as ServiceNow
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Self-driven, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems and processes
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin strongly preferred, to collaborate with global and China-based teams
