A s a young, fast-growing firm, we specialize in repositioning real estate assets to maximize value while offering marketing, leasing, and property management services to 3rd party property owners and on our own fully owned properties (we don't just talk the talk, we do it on ourselves too). Known for positioning properties at top-of-market rents and leasing them quickly, we manage over 675 rental units in Montreal and a 134-unit multifamily property in Washington, DC.

Location: Fully on-site in Montreal
The Challenge Our founder is trapped doing operational follow-up instead of growing the business. You're the person who will create and maintain systematic accountability across our operations so that he can focus on acquiring new properties and expanding into new markets.
What You'll Do Free up the founder: Implement systems that eliminate his need for operational follow-up within 90 days.
Manage 5 team leaders: Leasing, Tickets, Reporting, Cashflow, Tech - make them accountable through KPIs and consequences, not micromanaging.
Build for scale: Create operational systems that work at 1000+ units across multiple markets.
What Success Looks Like Month 1-3: You eliminate founder involvement in daily operations
Month 4-6: Team leaders operate independently with weekly check-ins only
Month 7-12: You manage full operational expansion into new markets
Month 13-18: Full COO transition as we scale to 1000+ units
You Need Leadership experience: 5+ years managing teams. Legal, auditing, or accounting backgrounds excel - you understand systematic accountability.
Tech-savvy: Master complex systems quickly (HubSpot, ClickUp, Google Workspace + 15+ tools).
Startup DNA: Build from scratch, figure things out independently, thrive in organized chaos.
Bilingual: Fluent French/English is truly essential. Full-time presence on-site in our Montreal office.
