What you’ll do
- Log and track trade-related invoices
- Review cost centers, services, and billing accuracy
- Coordinate approvals with internal business partners
- Process invoices for payment using Coupa
- Collaborate with Montreal and Toronto teams
What we’re looking for
- 0–2 years experience in finance ops, accounting, or invoice reconciliation
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage large invoice volumes
- Clear written and verbal English communication
- Banking or FI experience is a plus
