Responsabilités
- Traiter des dossiers variés incluant notamment : baux commerciaux, acquisitions d’immeubles, financements immobiliers et mandats connexes.
- Assurer la prise en charge complète des dossiers : recherches, analyses, négociations et suivis.
- Rencontrer, conseiller et accompagner les clients dans leurs projets immobiliers complexes.
- Contribuer au développement de la clientèle et à la croissance du cabinet.
Qualifications
- Membre du Barreau du Québec.
- Détenir au minimum 10 ans d’expérience en droit immobilier commercial.
- Autonomie, rigueur, proactivité et sens développé du service client.
- Bilinguisme français/anglais, avec un niveau professionnel dans les deux langues.
