Responsabilités
- Travailler sur des dossiers variés en droit municipal, incluant : expropriation, aménagement et urbanisme, litige municipal, gestion contractuelle municipale et accompagnement des intervenants municipaux.
- Prendre en charge les dossiers confiés et assurer la réalisation des recherches, analyses et suivis nécessaires.
- Rencontrer et conseiller les clients dans le cadre de leurs enjeux municipaux.
- Représenter les clients devant les tribunaux et autres instances administratives lorsque requis.
- Traiter les dossiers avec diligence, efficacité et discernement.
Exigences
- Membre du Barreau du Québec, 3 à 7 ans d’expérience.
- Solide expérience en droit municipal, droit de l’environnement est un atout.
- Excellente maîtrise du français; l’anglais est un atout.
- Autonomie, proactivité, rigueur et sens du service client.
- Capacité à collaborer et à gérer plusieurs dossiers à la fois.

Responsibilities
- Work on a variety of municipal law matters, including expropriation, land use and planning, municipal litigation, municipal contract management, and advising municipal stakeholders.
- Take ownership of assigned files, conducting the necessary research, analysis, and follow-ups.
- Meet with and advise clients on their municipal legal matters.
- Represent clients before courts and administrative bodies when required.
- Handle files with diligence, efficiency, and sound judgment.
Requirements
- Member of the Québec Bar, with 3–7 years of experience.
- Strong experience in municipal law; knowledge of environmental law is a plus.
- Excellent command of French; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Autonomous, proactive, rigorous, and client-focused.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple files simultaneously.
