(ENGLISH DESCRIPTION BELOW) Le Directeur de la chaine d’approvisionnement agit comme chef d’orchestre entre les ventes, la production, le marketing, la finance et la logistique — assurant la cohérence entre la demande du marché et la capacité opérationnelle de l’entreprise, il relève du COO. Ses principales responsabilités sont de piloter l’ensemble de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, de la prévision de la demande (Demand Planning) à l’exécution opérationnelle (Production & Logistique), en passant par la planification de l’offre (MPS/MRP), les achats stratégiques et la gestion du réseau logistique et 3PL, afin de garantir le service client (OTIF) au meilleur coût global, et ce dans un modèle de demandes en grande croissance.
PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS
Planification stratégique & gouvernance : Définir et implanter la stratégie d’approvisionnement. Superviser la planification intégrée. Consolider les outils de prévision de la demande, Développer le processus S&OP. Gestion du budget et optimisation des coûts.
Approvisionnement : Développement d’une stratégie d’achat. Coordonner le plan d’approvisionnement avec l’équipe
Logistique & distribution : Piloter la stratégie Logistique de A à Z (transport, 3PL, stockage, distribution), Gestion des 3PL (performance, négociation), Gestion de la logistique e-commerce/marketplace (CAN et USA)
Gestion des inventaires : Établir une politique de réapprovisionnement. Gestion optimisée des inventaires avec développement d’outils de mesure.
Développement : Structurer, encadrer et faire évoluer l’équipe d’approvisionnement
QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES
Formation Baccalauréat en génie industriel, logistique, gestion des opérations ou équivalent. Expérience 7+ ans d’expérience en chaîne d’approvisionnement dans un environnement CPG manufacturier (boissons, aliments, cosmétique, pharmaceutique).
3+ ans en gestion de personnel.
Experience concrète en S&OP, gestion de 3PL, et sourcing international.
COMPÉTENCES CLÉS
Connaissance approfondie des ERP et d’outils analytiques
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (bilinguisme, la personne aura a transiger avec nos équipes hors Québec et des partenaires externes à l'international).
Leadership fort, sens du service client, et capacité à opérer dans un contexte de forte croissance et de transformation.
Vision stratégique & rigueur opérationnelle, Capacité d’analyse et de décision rapide,

ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Supply Chain Director acts as a conductor between Sales, Production, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics—ensuring alignment between market demand and the company’s operational capacity. This role reports to the COO. The Director is responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain, from Demand Planning to Operational Execution (Production & Logistics), including Supply Planning (MPS/MRP), Strategic Purchasing, and Logistics Network & 3PL Management, with the goal of delivering customer service (OTIF) at the best total cost, in a context of rapid demand growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning & Governance: Define and implement the supply chain strategy. Oversee integrated planning Consolidate demand forecasting tools Develop the S&OP process Manage budget and cost optimization
Procurement Develop a purchasing strategy Coordinate the supply plan with the team
Logistics & Distribution Lead end-to-end logistics strategy (transportation, 3PL, warehousing, distribution) Manage 3PL performance and negotiations Oversee e-commerce/marketplace logistics (Canada and USA)
Inventory Management Establish replenishment policies Optimize inventory management and develop measurement tools
Team Development Structure , mentor, and grow the supply chain team
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or equivalent
Experience 7+ years in supply chain within a CPG manufacturing environment (beverages, food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals)
3+ years of team management experience
Hands-on experience in S&OP, 3PL management, and international sourcing Strong knowledge of ERP systems and analytical tools

Fluent in French and English (bilingualism required to work with teams outside Quebec and international partners)
