Job Title: Associate Master Data Specialist
Location: Mississauga, ON (Onsite, 3 days/week mandatory)

About the Role
The Associate Master Data Specialist (AMDS) plays a critical role within the Global Master Data Operations (GMDO) team, supporting end-to-end master data execution that directly enables global supply chain and manufacturing operations.
This role sits at the intersection of data, systems, and business execution . You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality master data across global systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and “right first time” delivery. Your work will have a direct downstream impact on product availability, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes.
This is not a passive data role. It requires ownership, precision, and continuous improvement thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end master data maintenance including data collection, validation, cleansing, consolidation, and mass updates across multiple systems
- Ensure high data quality through rigorous pre-checks and correct parameter evaluation, meeting “right first time” standards
- Execute all activities in line with defined SLAs and operational procedures
- Identify, analyze, and resolve master data issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Audit data quality using IDQ and manage discrepancies in Veeva, partnering with business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and alignment
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of global master data standards, templates, and governance practices
- Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives such as RPA, process optimization, and system enhancements
- Assist with training documentation and onboarding of new team members as needed
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or specialized diploma with relevant professional experience
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in master data maintenance or supply chain operations
- Experience working in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing Operations within a global environment
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical or regulated supply chain processes preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Working knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, QM, APO, TM, EWM, or OMP preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Work Model
- Onsite role with mandatory presence at the Mississauga office three days per week
