We are seeking two (2) Corporate Action Administrators for our busy Toronto operations department. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting a fast-paced brokerage firm with day-to-day administrative tasks in our operations department which is a key hub essential to ensuring the smooth flow of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and process mandatory and voluntary reorganizations, partial calls, full calls, redemptions, bankruptcies and class actions for brokerage operations.
- Responsible for timely and accurate processing of corporation actions on securities held by our clients.
- Responsible for the daily beginning-to-end processing of Corporation Actions.
- Gather the necessary information to process accurately and to reconcile any discrepancies and resolve exceptions.
- Obtain accurate, comprehensive, and timely corporate action related information (e.g., tender offers, elections, rights offerings, proxy, consents). Interpret announcement information on various corporate actions for deadline sensitive terms.

- Must be team-oriented, self-motivated and goal driven, able to multi-task, realize the importance of follow-through, and have outstanding time management skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-risk environment while maintaining a professional manner.
- Strong analytical and resolution skills.
Your Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience (within the brokerage industry is preferred).
