Service Delivery Managers (SDM) / Technical Project Manager
- Service Delivery Manager (SDM) role within the team is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of Network and Voice projects.
- You will work with teams across the organization and other Technology areas with specific focus on ensuring projects are delivered on time, with correctly engineered and documented solutions, within budget and are correctly transitioned into production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business contacts and other Technology teams to define requirements and ensure that the solution delivers on the business requirements
- Build and manage project plans, ensure changes are raised and communicated on time
- Provide the required accurate reporting for assigned projects
- Coordinate the delivery of the teams deliverables
- Manage vendor delivery; obtain quotes and place orders for hardware, software, licenses, circuits
- Manage Service Transition of projects into Support teams
- Oversight of changes deployed during change windows (including weekends)
