This position starts as semi-remote (based in Canada, collaborating with our LATAM headquarters) and, after a successful probation period, may transition to on-site work in Latin America — if the employee chooses to experience our innovation hub firsthand.
Role Overview We’re seeking an Education & Insight Manager to lead thought leadership and educational initiatives within the fast-growing sectors of digital innovation, finance, and technology.
This role combines strategic storytelling, content leadership, and partnership with analysts and founders to create accessible, data-driven educational materials.
Key Responsibilities - Develop Mundo Venture’s education and insight strategy for emerging financial technologies and innovation.
- Produce high-quality content: reports, articles, webinars, and learning materials for investors and entrepreneurs.
- Coordinate online and hybrid events that connect Canadian and LATAM ecosystems.
- Translate complex market research into clear, practical knowledge for our global audience.
- Strengthen Mundo Venture’s position as a trusted source of education and innovation intelligence.
Requirements - 3 + years of experience in content strategy, journalism, communications, or education within finance, tech, or venture sectors.
- Excellent writing and editorial skills in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
- Understanding of fintech, emerging financial platforms, or innovation ecosystems.
- Ability to transform data and research into compelling educational content.
- Strong organization, independence, and cross-cultural communication skills.
Compensation & Growth - Base salary: CAD $84,000 – $105,000 (70 %).
- Bonus potential (30 %) based on:
- Growth of content reach and audience engagement.
