We’re looking for an Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help scale our team at SharpStakes. This role blends both recruiting and onboarding — you’ll support general hiring, lead campus outreach, and ensure every new hire has a seamless, structured onboarding experience. It’s perfect for someone who’s organized, people-first, and excited to build foundational people processes from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
- Support full-cycle recruitment across operations, partnerships, support, and early-career roles
- Own campus recruiting efforts: outreach, sourcing, events coordination, and intern hiring
- Post jobs, screen resumes, conduct first-round interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and upcoming roles
- Lead the entire onboarding journey for new hires, from documentation to their first 30/60/90 days
- Create onboarding materials, checklists, and schedules
- Coordinate equipment, system access, and internal introductions
- Partner with leadership to ensure a consistent and supportive onboarding experience
- Gather onboarding feedback and continuously improve the process
- Keep accurate records for candidates and new hires
- Support early people programs (culture initiatives, engagement, training, etc.)
- Help develop repeatable HR processes as we grow
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in onboarding, recruitment, HR coordination, or people operations
- Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple roles, timelines, and onboarding cycles at once
- Experience with campus recruiting or early-career hiring is a major plus
- Proactive and resourceful — able to build processes from scratch
- Empathetic, people-first approach while still being structured and efficient
- Experience in startups or fast-paced environments is an advantage
- Interest in sports, tech, or Gen Z culture is a bonus
