Are you a proactive leader with a strong background in facilities and equipment management? We’re looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee our repair and maintenance department, ensuring our operations run safely, smoothly, and efficiently.
About the Role:
As Maintenance Manager, you’ll lead a skilled team responsible for maintaining equipment, mechanical systems, and facilities. You’ll manage installations, upgrades, and vendor relationships while driving safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the maintenance team, overseeing training, performance, and personnel decisions
- Ensure all activities meet or exceed safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities
- Oversee departmental budget and prioritize tasks based on urgency and resources
- Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of company premises
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, administration, or facility management (preferred)
- 6+ years of supervisory experience in maintenance or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, Teams, and Outlook
- Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach in a fast-paced environment
