Consultant – Cisco Collaboration with a Secret level security clearance
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and support Cisco Collaboration solutions, specializing in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Expressway.
• Contribute to Security Design, Design Traceability, develop Build Books and Production Implementation, Configuration and Testing for Cisco CUCM components and software.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, deployment plans, and operational procedures.
• Ensure solutions comply with IT standards, policies, and security requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver end-to-end voice and video collaboration services for large-scale government environments.
• Provide troubleshooting and optimization for CUCM clusters, Expressway deployments, and related collaboration components.
• Prepare project deliverables such as architecture diagrams, migration plans, and compliance documentation.
• Support integration with other collaboration tools and ensure interoperability within frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong expertise in Cisco Collaboration technologies, particularly CUCM and Expressway.
• Experience with IT projects and compliance processes.
• Knowledge of SIP, H.323, and secure collaboration protocols.
• Familiarity with project documentation standards and ITIL-based processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bilingual (English/French) capability is an asset.
