Our Challenge
Our client is seeking a dedicated SharePoint Analyst to support and maintain the organization’s SharePoint environments, ensuring optimal operation and user satisfaction. This role involves troubleshooting, system maintenance, and contributing to the ongoing SharePoint Online migration and enhancement projects across the department.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for SharePoint 2016 On-Premise and SharePoint Online.
- Assist in designing, configuring, and implementing SharePoint solutions.
- Troubleshoot SharePoint sites, forms, workflows, and performance issues.
- Document configurations, procedures, and system updates.
- Support migration efforts from on-premise to SharePoint Online.
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and enhance SharePoint applications.
- Develop user guides, training materials, and technical documentation.
- Support SharePoint patches, updates, and disaster recovery testing.
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Site Collection Administrator.
- Proven experience supporting complex SharePoint projects with workflows, forms, and UI customizations.
- Hands-on experience with ShareGate and troubleshooting all types of forms and workflows.
- Knowledge of SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online development, configuration, and management.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for farm, application, site, and feature management.
- Experience with patching, migration, and SharePoint updates.
- Familiarity with governance policies and disaster recovery procedures.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
