This role is with a global commercial real estate group specializing in industrial and logistics assets, including airport-adjacent properties. The Canadian team is based in Dorval and supports the entire Canadian portfolio while working closely with head office.

About the Role
The Property Coordinator will support a team of four Property Managers, one Assistant Property Manager, with the help of another Coordinator, helping oversee the day-to-day operations of an industrial real estate portfolio.
This is a fast-paced, highly autonomous role suited for someone who enjoys operations, structure, and being a key support to a busy team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Property Management team
- Support oversight of an industrial real estate portfolio
- Handle tenant communication and day-to-day requests
- Coordinate vendors, service providers, and work orders
- Process invoices and accounts payable (AP)
- Track insurance certificates, utilities, and compliance items
- Maintain property data and reporting in Yardi (experience is a strong asset)
- Provide front desk coverage and assist with office management only when the receptionist is away
- Bring structure to a fast-moving environment and take initiative when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual in French and English (required)
- Strong administrative or office coordination background required
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Highly autonomous, organized, and proactive
- Comfortable asking questions and learning on the go
- Team-oriented with a hands-on mindset
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (office is not transit-accessible)
- Experience with Yardi is an asset but not required
Work Structure & Location
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office (Monday required), 2 days remote
- Flexible work hours between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM (40 hours per week)
- No required travel, with occasional optional travel for conferences or team events
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $60,000–$73,000
- Bonus: up to 5%
