We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Specialist on contract for one of our banking clients in Toronto.
Client: Bank
Location: Toronto, 2 days a week onsite
Duration: 6 months
Must Have Experience/Skills:
ServiceNow CMDB
- Strong understanding of CSDM (Common Service Data Model) and ITIL CMDB best practices
- CI Class modeling, relationship mapping, service modeling
- CMDB health KPIs — completeness, correctness, compliance, duplication
- Identification & reconciliation rules (IRE), CI lifecycle management
- CMDB data normalization and transformation maps
ServiceNow Discovery
- Configuring and managing Discovery schedules, probes, sensors, patterns
- Troubleshooting failed Discovery runs and mid-server issues
- Understanding of credential-less and credential-based discovery
- Discovery for servers, databases, network devices, cloud services, and applications
