We’re looking for an AI Architect to define and deliver the architecture behind Mave’s AI agents. This isn’t research — it’s about building production-grade systems: retrieval-augmented chatbots with memory, powered by structured data pipelines.
You’ll partner with our Head of Engineering, work hands-on in code, and shape how AI becomes indispensable to real estate professionals.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver AI agent memory systems
- Build and scale retrieval-augmented chatbots in production
- Write Python-first with LangChain and modern LLM tooling
- Define data architecture for agent intelligence
- Guide other engineers (~20%) while staying majority hands-on
- Drive architectural decisions that scale with adoption
About You
- You’ve shipped AI/chatbot systems into production
- Strong Python skills; experience with LangChain and LLM integration
- Solid ML or data science background — you understand models and workflows
- Startup mindset: fast-moving, adaptable, outcome-focused
- Based in Toronto
