Role: HR Administrator
Duration: Expected 12 Month Contract
Location: Etobicoke/Airport (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $25/hr.
This role supports the day-to-day administration and data entry duties to support the HR Systems team.
Key Accountabilities
- Update and maintain employee changes in the HRIS system.
- Enter and maintain accurate information, validate data and support with audit.
- Create and maintain employee electronic and paper files - Scan and upload paper files to employee e-records.
- Manage the MyHR Inbox, triaging emails and responding to employee questions within 2 business days.
- Perform general administrative support for the team.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma or degree or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum of one years’ experience in an HR department.
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, & Excel). UKG Experience would be an asset.
Key Skills:
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Ability to maintain strict standards of confidentiality in handling sensitive company and employee information.
- Working knowledge of standard HR areas including, compensation, benefits, pension and HRIS systems.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute duties.
- Strong written and verbal communicator with a customer centric approach.
- Efficient time management skills to organize and manage multiple tasks.
