Note: This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential – no base salary. The draw amount ensures you’re supported with steady pay while you build your driver pipeline, and your earned commissions are applied against that draw.
THE ROLE
As a Driver Recruiter, you’ll help grow our fleet by developing and executing strategies to attract and retain qualified drivers. You’ll use your knowledge of the transportation industry, along with hiring websites, social media, networking, and trade shows, to keep Scotlynn connected to the best driver talent out there.
ABOUT YOU
Successful Scotlynn Driver Recruiters bring:
- Previous experience in the transportation industry (driver recruiting experience is a strong asset)
- Knowledge of driver requirements, AZ/Class 1 driving, and/or dispatch
- Comfort in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
- Self-motivation and strong organizational skills
- Written and verbal communication skills in multiple languages are considered an asset, but not required
HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer and social media knowledge
- Ability to travel when needed
- Thrive working both independently and as part of a team
YOUR COMMITMENT
- Full-time, permanent role based onsite in Norfolk County
- Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, with occasional after-hours and weekend support for hiring events
