Carpenters – Hiring Now | Lower Mainland, BC
Locations: Coquitlam, Surrey, Burnaby, Delta & surrounding areas
Pay: $27–$33/hr + performance bonuses (11th & 61st shift)
Job Type: Full-Time
We are actively hiring Forming, Framing, Rough, and Finishing Carpenters with proven experience in residential and commercial construction. Work primarily involves 6-storey wood-frame condo projects , with additional opportunities on ICI and civil construction sites across the Lower Mainland.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct interior and exterior walls
- Build temporary structures: stairs, platforms, guardrails
- Perform back framing and basic layout
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Adhere to all site safety procedures and protocols
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of carpentry experience
- Ability to work on multi-storey wood-frame buildings
- Physically fit, reliable, and safety-conscious
- Basic tool kit: tool belt, hammer, tape measure, speed square, level
- Mandatory PPE: steel-toe boots, hard hat, hi-vis vest, safety glasses, gloves
Assets (Nice to Have)
- Valid certifications: Fall Protection, WHMIS, First Aid
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
