This role will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance, ensuring our people strategy aligns with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to leadership and a champion for a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and CHRP Designation
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least some experience in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
