Role Overview
We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer – Social & Video to help define and elevate Levelwear’s visual storytelling across digital, social, and motion platforms. This role sits at the intersection of graphic design, short-form video, and motion, with a strong focus on high-performing content for social channels.
You’ll be responsible for bringing creative concepts to life—editing engaging vertical video, designing scroll-stopping social assets, and capturing authentic mobile-first content that feels native, modern, and on-brand. Working closely with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams, you’ll help ensure a cohesive brand identity across our Golf, Licensed Pro Sports, Corporate, and DTC channels.
What You’ll Do
Graphic Design
- Create original graphic concepts, social layouts, and advertising assets
- Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure artwork accuracy and brand alignment
- Prepare clean, production-ready files for both digital and print use
- Apply a strong understanding of sports culture and athletic fashion
Short-Form Video (Vertical Content)
- Edit 9:16 footage into high-retention videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Enhance videos with pacing, jump cuts, subtitles, visual effects, trending audio, and storytelling flow
- Apply safe-zone best practices to ensure platform UI does not interfere with key visuals
Motion & Digital Design
- Build static and motion assets for web, email, and paid media (carousels, animated text, price tags, end cards)
- Create clear, compelling visuals that highlight value propositions, offers, and calls to action
- Maintain a consistent brand look and feel across all creative touchpoints
Mobile Content Capture
- Shoot organic, iPhone-native content that feels authentic and UGC-inspired
- Manage quick lighting setups and simple set styling for “real-life” environments
What You Bring
Graphic Design
- Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong illustration and typography capabilities
- Understanding of garment construction, print methods, and production constraints
Video & Motion
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or CapCut
- Strong vertical video editing skills, trend awareness, and pacing
- Motion graphics, layout, and animation fundamentals
Content Creation
- iPhone videography, basic lighting, and simple set design
- Ability to capture authentic, conversion-focused content
Soft Skills
- Creative thinker comfortable working across graphic, motion, and video formats
- Strong communicator and collaborator across creative, marketing, and product teams
- Organized, adaptable, and able to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Open to feedback, iteration, and performance-driven creative optimization

Salary Range:
The base salary for this role is $65,000–$80,000 per year . This range reflects our commitment to equitable pay and considers factors such as skills, experience, and alignment with the role. Final compensation will be determined through a fair and consistent evaluation process.
