Quota Crushers Agency is hiring a Contract Recruiter for a focused two month project based in Toronto. This is a hands-on recruiting role supporting active sales searches across Canada and the United States. We are looking for someone who can step in quickly, manage live roles, and operate with urgency and professionalism from day one.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who understands sales environments and is comfortable speaking with high-performing Account Executives, Sales Managers, and sales leaders. You will be working directly with our internal team on active searches, not job board postings or volume hiring.
The role is hybrid, with in-office collaboration in Toronto and flexibility to work remotely part of the week. Candidates must be Toronto-based and available to start immediately.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be sourcing, screening, and interviewing sales professionals across multiple industries, supporting end-to-end recruitment activity for active client searches. This includes outreach, qualification calls, candidate positioning, and coordination with our internal team. You will be expected to move quickly, maintain a high bar for candidate quality, and communicate clearly throughout the process.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with proven experience in both sales and recruitment. You should be comfortable assessing revenue-driven roles, understanding quotas, deal sizes, and sales cycles, and speaking credibly with senior sales talent. Agency recruiting experience is strongly preferred. Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Compensation
This contract is based on a $60,000 annualized salary, which equates to approximately $5,000 per month . Over the two month contract, total base compensation is $10,000 . In addition to base pay, there is a $500 commission paid per candidate successfully placed during the contract period.
