Position Overview:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and building meaningful connections with clients? As a Sales Associateat Raffi Jewellers,youllplay a key role in shaping each clients experiencefromoffering personalizedassistance, sharing your product knowledge, and guiding them throughcelebrating milestones and key moments with meaningful pieces. From the first conversation topurchaseand beyond, you will ensure that they feel confident and valued in their decisions. As aSales Associate at Raffi Jewellers, you will:
- Guide clients through the process of selection, decision making, and client after-sales, using a detailed understanding of all products and services available.
- Develop and maintain expertisein fine jewellerysuch asprecious metals,gemstonesand craftsmanship,to provide personalized recommendations that reflectclients preferences.
- Develop and foster long-term relationships with clients, performregularfollow-ups and address any post-purchase needs.
- Ensure that the storemeets the visual expectations of the brand.
- Collaborate andassistco-workers whenrequiredto ensure that customer service is alwaysmaintained to the highest level.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree is preferred.
- Haveexperience in retail sales. Experience dealing with a luxury retail client baseand/orpreviousexperience withwatchesis an asset.
- Ability to speak in multiple languages is a plus.
- Experience with CRM tools, schedulingtools and Microsoft Office.
- Flexible to work hours based on operational business needs including evenings,weekends and holidays.
- Qualified candidates musthave valid work authorization for employment in Canada.
