We’re Hiring: Admission Advisor

MyAdmission Inc. is a growing education consultancy focused on helping students secure college admissions and financial aid across Ontario. We’re looking for a motivated Admission Advisor who enjoys speaking with people, closing leads, and guiding students from inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
- Counsel students on programs, colleges, intakes, and eligibility
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments
- Assess student profiles for admissions and financial aid options (OSAP)
- Collect, review, and organize documents using checklists
- Coordinate with colleges, financial aid officers, and internal teams
- Follow up consistently to move applications forward
- Maintain accurate records and lead tracking
- Support students through enrollment, testing, and onboarding
- Meet and exceed monthly admission targets ethically
Job Requirements
- Experience in admissions, education consulting, sales, or customer service
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable handling high call volumes and lead follow-ups
- Sales mindset with a focus on conversions and results
- Knowledge of Canadian college admissions and OSAP (preferred)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and good with Google Workspace / CRM tools
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and student-focused
