Role: Founding Recruiter
Location: 5 days in-office in Toronto/ New York
Compensation: $140K–$180K + Competitive equity

Roles & Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, product, GTM, and operations roles.
- Partner with founders and hiring managers on role definition and hiring strategy.
- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience while tracking and improving hiring metrics.
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong technical recruiting background with the ability to flex into GTM hiring
- Proven ability to source and close passive candidates from top-tier tech companies
- Experience as an early recruiting hire, scaling teams and processes from the ground up
- Prior experience in fintech, AI, or early-stage start-up environments
