Team Member – Fast Food Restaurant

Hirez Manpower Solutions Inc. is hiring on behalf of our client, a reputable fast food restaurant, for the position of Team Member . Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management:
- Supervise and train staff, schedule shifts, and provide feedback to support performance and growth.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure fast, friendly service; address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Food Quality & Safety:
- Maintain high standards of food quality, enforce safety regulations, and conduct routine inspections.
- Operational Support:
- Manage inventory, control costs, optimize daily operations, and handle production and quality paperwork.
- Training & Development:
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives for all staff members.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts (morning, day, and evening)
- Monday to Friday availability
- Weekend availability required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Inside Canada: Minimum 6 months of experience in food & beverage
- Outside Canada: Minimum 3 years of experience in food & beverage
- Minimum CLB 6 in English
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable with technology used in food service
