About Us
We are building a national healthcare access platform that unifies patient intake, eligibility routing, membership programs, and multi-clinic operations into one integrated system. Our organization includes multiple ventures and multiple dental clinics working together to create a seamless, affordable pathway for patients to get the care they need.
We have a strong architectural blueprint in place.
We now need a fractional COO / Systems Integrator who can turn that blueprint into a predictable, scalable operating system.
This is not a clinic manager role.
This is a control-plane operations role focused on systems, workflows, dashboards, automation, and cross-team alignment.
What You Will Build
As our fractional COO / Systems Integrator, you will:
- Build a unified operating model across several interconnected business units
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting rhythms for organizational alignment
- Create automated workflows for intake, eligibility routing, and scheduling
- Translate high-level architecture into SOPs, workflows, and accountability maps
- Coordinate cross-functional execution with contractors and internal teams
- Prepare and operationalize our first regional pilot launch in Hamilton, Ontario
- Reduce founder dependency by establishing a mature operating cadence
Who You Are
You thrive in building clarity from complexity and creating systems that scale.
You likely have:
- 5+ years experience as a fractional COO, Head of Operations, RevOps Leader, Systems Architect, or similar
- Demonstrated ability to unify multiple brands, business units, or systems
- Experience designing and implementing dashboards and KPI frameworks
- Comfort with automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, Airtable/Sheets, Retool, etc.)
- Strong process design and documentation skills
- A calm, precise, sequencing-focused approach to execution
- A track record of reducing or eliminating founder involvement in day-to-day operations
