Licensed Property Manager / Leasing Specialist – Residential

Salary Range: $70,000–$75,000 per year
We’re hiring a licensed, leasing-focused professional to lead leasing for a growing residential portfolio in Edmonton for a well established third party property management company. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the field, closing deals, and making an immediate impact.
This is a third-party management role, and an active property management license is required by law.
What You’ll Be Focused On
This role is primarily leasing-driven, with flexibility to support property management when time allows.
- Driving leasing activity across a mixed residential portfolio
- Advertising units and executing creative marketing strategies
- Managing and following up on leasing leads
- Conducting property showings (evenings and weekends as needed)
- Actively working to reduce vacancy rates and stabilize occupancy
- Supporting property management duties when time allows and business needs require
The Portfolio
- 180 single-family homes + 12 multi-residential buildings (388 units)
- Properties located across Central, Northwest, and Southwest Edmonton
- 60% of the portfolio is within a 10 km radius
What We’re Looking For
- Active Property Management license (required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential leasing and/or property management
- Proven success in filling vacancies
- Strong marketing and advertising knowledge (creative thinkers welcome)
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Comfortable working independently with a flexible schedule
- PM experience is preferred, but strong leasing-only candidates are welcome
Work Structure & Location
- North Edmonton office (near 140 Street and 111 Avenue area)
- Flexible work structure — expected 40 hours/week
- Ability to work from the office as needed
- Flexibility to work from home between showings
- Reliable vehicle required
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends for showings
Compensation & Benefits
- Car allowance: $400–$600/month
- Health benefits: 100% employer-paid
