Mathews Dinsdale, Canada’s only coast-to-coast management-side labour and employment law firm, is seeking an associate to join our Calgary team. The successful candidate will have strong academic qualifications and 3+ years of experience advising management-side clients on a broad range of workplace law matters. Exposure to any of the following relevant areas will be an asset: wrongful dismissal claims, constructive dismissal claims, certification applications, labour arbitration proceedings, employment standards complaints, reviewing and revising employment-related agreements/policies/procedures, and advising clients on a wide range of day-to-day employment issues.
