Superior Events Group is one of Toronto’s largest event rental and production companies. We supply amusement rides, inflatables, interactive games, and full event services for festivals, corporate events, schools, brands, and municipalities.
We’re adding an Event Sales & Client Services Manager who wants to be part of the event world — someone who enjoys the pace, the variety, and the organized chaos that comes with making events happen.
What You’ll Do
• Be the first point of contact for clients
• Handle incoming calls and new inquiries
• Gather event details and enter them into our rental software
• Build and send template-based quotes
• Follow up with leads and close bookings
• Answer questions about equipment, make recommendations, upsell, logistics, timing, access, and event-day details
• Update orders, payments, and insurance requirements
• Coordinate details with operations and dispatch
• Keep communication tight between clients, sales, and ops

Skills We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication (phone + email)
• Organized, detail-oriented, reliable
• Comfortable with tech and learning new systems
• Ability to handle volume and stay composed
• Experience in events, coordination, production, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
The Details
• Full-time, on-site (no remote)
• Monday–Friday (occasional weekends and evenings)
• Location: North York
