About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Data Entry Clerk to provide essential support in managing and maintaining critical data systems. This role involves working on-site in Ottawa within a secure environment, ensuring accurate data entry, account management, and compliance with established protocols. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting operational processes and delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process, manage, and maintain data in specialized software and database systems.
- Perform data entry from hard copy reports into secure systems.
- Conduct background checks and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure data integrity.
- Provide troubleshooting support for system issues and assist with password resets.
- Maintain logs and registers for account activities and user acknowledgments.
- Work on a rotational shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- Education: Secondary school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Minimum 12 months of relevant data entry or administrative experience.
- Language: Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a bilingual environment.
- Security Clearance: Must hold a valid Security Clearance
